We went to the ENT 2 weeks ago (sorry for the delay in update, Harley has been in Indonesia and I've been in survival mode with 3 kiddos). While there, the doctor put a camera down her nose (she cried!) and instead of seeing improvement, she saw that her vocal cords were swollen, red and irritated from reflux. Before we can see improvement we need to get her reflux under control, hopefully with medication. Her reflux medicine hadn't been adjusted since discharge so the doctor doubled her dosage and now we wait, once again, to see improvement. We will follow up in 3 months. A big prayer request is that the medicine does heal her reflux. If not, surgery is a definite possibility in order to control the reflux from doing permanent damage.
